Terms N Conditions

ORDERING & ENQUIRY

1. Orders are to be placed by email.
2. Please check through all details before placing orders
3. A confirmation email will be sent within 2 days of placement of orders
4. For further enquires on our products, please email us

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

1. Payment is to be made within a week of confirmation, after which order is automatically cancelled unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment mode is by electronic transfer (POSB / UOB). Details will be given after confirmation of orders.
3. Goods ordered will be sent out by mail the next day after payment is received.
4. Meet up is possible, however location and timing is up to our discretion.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

1. We check all our products before we mail them out. Damages to the product during delivery process are not claimable / refundable.
2. There will be NO exchange of item(s) once goods have been sent out.
3. Strictly NO refund of item(s).

OTHERS

1. Inactive orders [refers to MIA-ers after confirming their orders], rude/unreasonable customers will be blacklisted. This includes scammers and trollers.
2. All items prices are fixed, and thus they are not subject to negotiation.
